Harmony Book Reviews
Reber does a wonderful job of explaining exactly what will help relieve stress, from organizing to eating right, as well as how and why it works. More importantly, she does it in a way that proves she knows what she’s talking about, without ever talking down to the readers.

The Compulsive Reader
[Reber] knows that teens live in a world where the competition for everything - from yearbook mock elections to spots in college - is tough, and what's more, she empathizes and doesn't try to talk down to readers.

Teens Read Too
We might not be stressing every day of our lives, but there will always be times when we do. And when that happens, be thankful that you have a book like CHILL to remind you of what's important -- taking time for you!

One Page is Not Enough
The explanations throughout the book were very interesting. I liked that the book opened up with an explanation of what stress does to our body and mind. It shows why reducing or eliminating stress is needed to have a peaceful life.

The Ravenous Reader
I have read several self books before and I think Chill was one of the best yet. A lot of what Reber discusses is what I had to learn the hard way because I didn’t have a book like this. I think if I had read this when I was beginning high school, I may have been able to save myself some from unneeded stress.

Smart Girls Rock
CHILL is the cool, new book for smart girls who just want to relax and relieve stress. It has new techniques for calming down, organizing your time, how to not get distracted while doing work, and balancing your friendship and your love life. So the best way to relax is to grab this book, find a comfy chair, and get ready to be CHILLed.

Random Thoughts From a Random Teen
The author relates to teenagers well and expresses many stress-relief techniques. The information may be geared toward a young age group, but I believe the information within this book would be of use to all. It is books like this that we turn to in times of stress. Thank you, Deborah Reber, for writing this book!

Slayground
The book never feels clinical or dry. The author never talks down to teens, nor does she try to talk like them and be uber-hip. When you get Chill, also pick up a new journal and some new pens. You'll be making organized lists and journal entries before you know it!

Chill is like no other self help book I have read. Most self help books are written for adults, and teens cannot relate to them. But Chill was written with teens in mind from the cool pictures throughout, fun quizzes and creative topics for your journal.
